different-age-voting

The kids are asking. It’s a good question.  If Millennials had their choice, we’d be in a different situation today.  Only 19% of them voted, and 8% of those that did, chose “other.”  So, some of the answer is in the math.  Voting matters a lot.

Whether you are happy or sad about these election results, the good news is that empathic consciousness is rising with every subsequent generation.  Age-driven voting stats in the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election are another clue.  In the long arc of humanity, that can give us hope.  We zig. We zag.  But we move forward over time, growing in empathy, led by the youngest among us.

The leaders are not who we think they are.  Watch the kids.
